Powerpuff Girls was never a show I made a priorty of watching, nor was it one of my favorites, but it was on all the time and I watched most of the first few seasons. It was on in the 80s. Much of the show focuses on an evil dragon statue named Shendu, whos spirit is trapped in the statue and requires 12 ancient talismans to free him. I had the first two Sonic games on Sega Genesis back in the mid 90s, not to mention Sonic Pinball and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. Digimon was sort of a Pokemon spinoff, and had many similar elements. Everyone's heard of Tom and Jerry, the only popular show where a mouse constantly outsmarts and beats the living hell out of a cat 10 times its size. The show basically was a teenager named Yugi and he found an ancient artifact that split his personality into two, one was the normal, nice and innocent Yugi and the other was the bold and fearless Yu-Gi-Oh who only came forth for duels. It was a game with rules and there could only be one winner. It has become one of cartoon networks most successful cartoons of all time. Jack tries to search a way back to the past and defeat these evil forces preventing him from doing so. It never got old seeing Eddy try to con the other kids and get his jaw breakers, or seeing the other kids get into strange situations. I haven't seen it in a while though, but a few years ago a watched Space Jam with a few friends to relive the nostalgia. Playhouse Disney (1998–2005) 3. The Best Kids' TV Shows of the Decade (2010–2019) The past decade saw a massive shift in how people -- kids especially -- watch TV. I wish they’d bring it back as a rerun show! From 1999-2005, this animated series showed preschool fantasy adventures. Teen Titans is one of the newer cartoons to make the list, and is by far my favorite super hero cartoon. This show was a little bit ~adult~ so you always felt so mature watching it. Now I am sort of indifferent towards it, but recognize the nostalgia it brings back. I realized that those shows were popular and aired over ten years ago when I was in elementary and middle school. There is an entire episode that makes fun of the Beatles and parodies how they broke up, things that I would never really understand as a kid, yet seeing Pinky and the Brain always fail never got old.
